IARC revised its carcinogenicity evaluations website (Volumes 1-121)

The International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC), the cancer agency of the World Health Organization, revised its carcinogenicity evaluations website on April 18.

This revision is to notify the publication of summary of the evaluations on "IARC Monographs Vol.121: Styrene, Styrene-7,8-oxide, and Quinoline". These agents are kinds of aromatic compounds.
Styrene and Styrene-7,8-oxide were classified as "Group 2A: probably carcinogenic to humans", and Quinoline was classified as "Group 2B: possibly carcinogenic to humans."

There is no change in the carcinogenicity categories for EMFs.
