The Swiss Federal Council adopted the Ordinance on the Protection against Danger from Non-Ionizing Radiation and Sound (V-NISSG).
The Ordinance consists of the following sections:
Section 1: Use of solariums
Section 2: Use of products for cosmetic purposes
Section 3: Events with laser radiation
Section 4: Events with sound
Section 5: Laser pointer
Section 6: Execution and fees of the federal authorities
Section 7: Final Provisions
