EC's new Non-binding guide to good practice for implementing

The European Commission has published a “Non-binding guide to good practice for implementing Directive 2013/35/EU Electromagnetic Fields” (_http://tinyurl.com/gmr7jes_).

This document is aimed at helping employers understand how to comply with the EC Directive. The Directive, which sets minimum health and safety requirements regarding the exposure of workers to the risks from exposure to EMF, has a transposition deadline of 1 July 2016.

Note that a similar guide to Directive 2013/35/EU was published last year by the European Trade Union Institute
