Update of IARC Monographs list of classifications website

The International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC), the cancer agency
of the World Health Organization, has updated its list of carcinogenicity
classifications website on May 19, 2017.

This update is due to the publication of online version of "Monographs
Vol.111: Some Nanomaterials and Some Fibres".
There is no change in the list of classifications itself, and the latest
Monographs is "Vol.118: Welding, Welding Fumes, and Some Related Chemicals"
published on April 11, 2017.
