U.K. regulator Ofcom published a statement clearing up the myths around 5G and the coronavirus

Ofcom, the regulator for the communications services, broadcasting, and universal postal service in the U.K., published a statement titled “Clearing up the myths around 5G and the coronavirus” dated on April 17, 2020.

The statement said that “there is a conspiracy theory that claims 5G is connected to the spread of the coronavirus (Covid-19). This is wrong. There is no scientific basis or credible evidence for these claims.”
